Mary has been coaching at PRA since it first opened in 2011. Starting with Girls on the Run and Middle School XC, and moved to the high school when it opened 7 years ago. Mary was a state champion in high school cross country and track, and a NCAA All-American cross country runner in college. She continues to run and enjoys sharing her passion and knowledge with PRA’s student athletics. She is a regulatory and nutrition consultant for the food industry and has 2 daughters (Avery 12th and Tessa 9th grade) at PRA. Mary has completed her USATF Level 1 and 2 Coaching Education Programs.
Ben Mulvaney, Assistant XC Coach
Coach Mulvaney was a high school All-State runner and NCAA All-American in both Cross Country and Track. He has experience coaching cross country and track both in Wisconsin and Colorado and is excited to challenge student athletes to stretch themselves athletically, socially, and academically. In his "day job," Ben is a Director of Service for GE Healthcare. Ben has six children: Noah (PRA graduate), Anya (19), Caden (17), Zeke (16) Ari (10) and Ian (6). In addition to running, Ben spends his free time cycling and snowboarding in the mountains.
Dawn Cosio, Assistant XC Coach
Coach Dawn started out playing soccer and ran HS track. She was a NCAA All-American soccer player in College but always ran to stay in shape for soccer. Eventually she joined a run club and began racing everything from 5K, to marathons, to 50 mile trail races. Five years ago she began coaching the PRA middle school cross country team and coached the MS track team for two seasons. She has truly enjoyed working with the middle and high school runners and learned so much from them. She also works part time as the nutritional assistant at PRA and has 4 kids at the school, Mia (12th grade), Reese (10th grade), Oliver (8th grade), Eli (5th grade).
